Today all is grey in grey
I can‘t get out of bed anyway
I feel tired and exhausted can‘t face the day
and I‘ve got nothing to say

No strength to shake my fist
I can‘t even clench it I can‘t resist
it‘s like a chain and ball around my ankles and wrists
and then I hear a sad song telling me to cease and desist

I don‘t want to prove anything
not able to move a thing
how strange that feels

No paper, no TV
